The La Sportiva Bushido II GTX boots are a version of the Bushido II model developed with winter skyrunning in mind. However, their versatility also allows them to be used for other mountain runs or running in the urban park.

The redesigned shoes offer new solutions to meet the needs of the most demanding runners. A completely new construction, unprecedented in a trail running shoe, guarantees a high level of stability, cushioning and comfort.

This model features a Gore-Tex Invisible Fit membrane, which is responsible for a very high level of waterproofness and breathability. Compared to the standard Gore-Tex membrane, this one is distinguished by a completely different construction, as it is directly laminated to the upper of the shoe. This results in lighter weight, greater comfort, convenience and faster evaporation of moisture.

The midsole, consisting of compression-moulded EVA material, is responsible for a high degree of cushioning and flexibility. This solution provides durability and responsiveness on soft ground, where the need for cushioning is less.

The breathable upper, constructed of mesh reinforced with rip-stop anti-scratch coating on the sides, increases breathability for maximum ventilation and climate comfort. A TPU midframe reinforces the shoe's resistance to contact with rocks and branches protruding on the trails.

Thanks to the Stability Control System construction, a TPU skeleton located on the side of the upper wraps around the midsole in the midsection, stabilising the shoe. This solution allows for a better fit and greater overall stability due to the synergistic action of the upper and midsole, as well as reduced product weight. The upper, thanks to this solution, wraps around the foot like a sock without compressing the foot or creating pressure points.

The versatile dual-density La Sportiva Frixion Red® sole is the ideal combination of grip, long-lasting wear and cushioning. It is perfect for high-performance mountain and trail running shoes. The sole also features the innovative Impact Brake System, which absorbs unpleasant impacts on the ground and improves grip, especially on runs.

The soles used make the shoes highly versatile. They are ideal for running on any type of terrain, including stone, scree, grass, moss or mud and in wet or dry conditions.

Exclusive OrthoLite® Hybrid MR E insole made from 20% recycled materials. It is characterised by maximum wearing comfort thanks to ventilation and highly breathable PU foam cells. Thanks to this solution, the foot is always dry and kept at the ideal temperature. This high-performance type of insole is ideal for mountain running.
